The unknown can seem mysterious and make us wonder if it’s dangerous. That’s why those that are unfamiliar with meditation might wonder if it’s safe.

Ironically, it’s been meditation has been practiced all over the world for thousands of years. It’s been around forever and in other cultures, it’s as normal a part of life as working out or walking to the mailbox.

Is it safe to walk to the mailbox?  Well, yes, it’s a reasonable expectation to consider that safe.
